Design Team Lead: I oversaw the Design Team workload across portfolios, presented weekly design overview reports, helped share best practices, onboarded new designers, managed tooling and app licenses, and was an advocate for each Designer to Management.

Merger Onboarding Strategist: As we purchased companies, I was frequently called in to work with the Engineering teams to review their product(s) and to review their repositories for any potential IP Exposures. I reviewed their products and created a phased-in approach to either co-brand with IBM or a full rebranding strategy of their portfolio.

IP Advocate: I worked closely with IBM IP Legal to ensure there were no exposures in our products.

​

Innovation Enabler: I worked with employees and teams to help them develop their ideas from concept to patent/publish.
